The electronic Assembly Winders mod. SESB e SEB have been designed and built with the utmost technology to meet all the users' requirements in the preparation of the assembled packages with or without waxing (optional) and with or without preset meter (optional).

• The easy adjustments of the speed from 200 to 1200 mt/min (independent in each head in mod. SEB), of the counterweight, of the sliding of the cone holder and of the tension of the plies, permit to obtain an excellent formation of the package.
• The standard version, with creel in machine, can assembly up to three plies, while the version with separate creel (optional) permits to assemble more than three plies.
• Each ply is controlled by a sensor that in case of breaking or lack of one or more plies, automatically stops the head.
• An electromagnetic cutter per head cuts all the plies in case of stop for braking or lack of one of the plies and by reaching the preset meters of the meter counter.
• Both models have adjustable electronic braking of the drum in case of stop (optional in mod. SESB).
• The mod. SEB has one inverter per head.
  Speed, acceleration ramp and other parameters are adjustable distinctly head by head.
• The yarn passages protected by ceramic avoid any rubbings harmful to the yarn quality.
• Each element works as an independent unit in single or multiple configuration.
• The high quality of the materials used in the building process makes the machine more solid and lasting in time.

The maintenance is made easily and usually it is required only the normal cleaning.

The Assembly Winder works also as normal Winder.
