Winder / Assembly Winder with automatic doffing and restart Mod. L
These machines have been especially created for the countries with high labour cost and for all the companies that desire to automate the process of winding / assembling.
The winders model SEL and Assembly Winders Mod.
SEBL have:
- Device for automatic doffing and discharge.
- Automatic doffing by pushbutton.
- Transporting belt.
- Yarn reserve device.
- Meter counter function. Independent in each
head.
The speed (from 200 to 1200 mt/min), the radial
anti patterning system, the sliding of the cone
holder and the pneumatic counterweight can be
adjusted easily and permit to obtain very good
results.
The motorized waxing device guarantees a uniform
distribution of the wax; the yarn brake is motorized
and self cleaning. The yarn passages protected
by ceramic avoid any rubbings that could damage
the quality of the yarn.
Complete with electronic multi function keyboard
with meter counter function that permits to:
- Set the speed and the radial anti patterning
system in each element or in all the machine.
- Visualize the status of each head.
- Visualize the no. of packages produced.
- Select and adjust the meter counter function.
The meter counter is independent and can be adjusted
in each head, in each element or in all the machine.
- Set the % of meter correction.
Each element works as independent unit in single
or double sided configuration.
The high quality of the materials used in the
building process makes the machine more solid
and lasting in time.
The maintenance is made easily and only the normal
cleaning is usually requested.
It is available also with double positive feeder of the yarn and for picking up from bulking machines.

Winder / Assembly Winder with half doffing Mod. HD
In practice, it deals of normal machines complete with pneumatic counterweight and opening of the cone holder by pushbutton (not manual). It means that the operator can make the charging and the doffing of the packages with ease.

Electronic Winder with interlacing device
Suitable for interlacing yarn in lycra together
with other yarns, complete with feeder with positive
/ negative effect and electronic multi function
meter counter. It is manufactured with the same
configurations of the normal winder and permits
to interlace the yarns without facing big investments.
